Optical multifunctional measurement device MTP 9000A belongs to the new generation of portable devices and is designed to meet out all the measurement requirements when building & installing optical fiber communication links.

MTP 9000A is a multipurpose measurement device which consists of the main operated module with a built-in color screen and a wide range of removable measurement modules.

Due to its functional potential optical multifunctional measurement device MTP 9000A is indispensable when building, installing and operating optical fiber communication links.

Successful constructional design allows the users obtain various removable modules as the need arises and carry out all types of measurements of optical cable. Removable modules are all easily installed and replaced. This eliminates the necessity of obtaining other absolutely new devices and reduces the time and training costs.

A color screen with a TouchScreen function is used in the device; a laser source is installed to locate the faults in optical fiber (VFL).

Removable modules for MTP 9000A:
   OTDR
      - modules with standard and high dynamic range are manufactured
      - automatic measurement process
      - dead zone when events are located is less than 3,5 m
      - possibility top start measurement by pressing one key
   reflectometer for electric cables

On the final stage of development:
   optical tester
   optical spectrum analyzer
   chromatic dispersion analyzer
